Javon Colon
Repairs Division, Ingeteam

“I found this opportunity through Milwaukee Job Corps, which supports people entering fields like this. During my six-week internship at Ingeteam, I worked repairing wind turbine generators sent across the U.S. It gives me pride, job security, and peace of mind knowing I’m helping protect the planet.” (Sourced from the U.S. Department of Energy)

Dot Gilliam
Form Energy Technician Weirton Resident

“As the mill was closing, I sat on my grandfather’s porch, unsure of what’s next. When I heard about this opportunity, I knew it was special—to work on the same land my family has roots in.” (Sourced from the U.S. Department of Energy)

Matthew Sanchez
IBEW Workers - Local 396, NV Energy

“This has been a dream job for me. I’ve worked in energy production for about six years, starting in the Navy with ship power and propulsion. Afterward, I stayed in renewable energy. At Dry Lake Solar, our main job is to maintain production—fixing everything from broken panels to faulty inverters. I love being hands-on and working out in the field. It feels amazing to provide clean, renewable energy to my community, friends, and family.” (Sourced from the U.S. Department of Energy)
